"I cannot begin to explain how much of an impact working out with you had on my performance this fall. I came in light on my feet and things were so different than the last couple of years. Normally when we come back from summer break, I struggle with our conditioning tests and getting back into the groove of our tedious workouts. But since working with you, I was able to easily pass off my conditioning test when a majority of the team couldn't.
I was much better prepared this year than I ever was before by working out on my own. The results were obvious and ridiculously beneficial.
